This unique lacquer box was made in Russia using traditional techniques with paper-mache. It features a Southwestern design of a kokopelli. Kokopellis are fertility deities and also represent the spirit of music. They make great gifts for those who want to get pregnant or for those who need their garden to grow! This lacquer box is shaped like a nesting doll and has a classic red interior. It opens and closes easily with a hinge, and is about 2 1/2" long x 2" wide x 1 1/4" high.
