The artwork on this plate depicts a scene from "Zhar Ptitsa" ("The Firebird") from the collection series porcelain "Russian Fairytales". The plate was made on basis of lacquering original, made specially for this collection by Palekh painter Hodov V. Hodov V. (Ходов В.). Produced in limited addition. This 8" plate can be displayed two ways; it comes with a clear stand and a metal hook for hanging. Signed on the front bottom of plate. The plate is made of high quality porcelain and the picture is made in technique of decal so the price for this decorative plate is quite affordable.
