The Virgin Mary points to Christ as the way to heaven, the source of salvation. The throne and her red shoes present her as the Queen of Heaven.This decoupaged Icon is made in high-quality polygraphic with double layers of metallographic printing. It is pasted to the wood plate base. All icons from the Sofrino Monastery factory are blessed by the Russian Orthodox Church. Icon measures about 8" x 6 1/2" x 3/4".
