This Polkhov-Maidan Style Matryoshka is painted in classical traditional style in the village Polkhov Maidan in Nizhniy Novgorod region. The Russian artist also accented her kokoshnik (Russian headdress) with gold specs. She's vivid and cheerful and will absolutely brighten up any old space! There are 10 wooden dolls total in this set.
