This unique Southwestern lacquer box was hand-crafted in Russia using old techniques and paper-mache. Its extraterior is covered with multiple layers of black lacquer and adorned with an amazing miniature painting. The interior of the box is covered with a vibrant red lacquer. This gloss-finished lacquer box is hinged and is about 5 1/2" long x 4" wide x 1" thick.
