Red & Purple Maiden

This Polkhov-Maidan Style Matryoshka is painted in classical traditional style in the village Polkhov Maidan in Nizhniy Novgorod region. This Russian doll with a red and purple base, was painted by hand with the classic Maiden style (bright, bold, simplified colors outlined in black with a floral theme). She is about 6" tall and has a total of 5 pieces. Gloss-finished.
