This magnificent, one-of-a-kind, vase was masterfully hand made by German craftsmen in the 18th century. It is made of fine porcelain and features a beautifully detailed hand painted scene of two pheasants perched along a waterside with trees overhead. Vase measures about 12 3/4" tall, 6" at its widest part, and 3 5/8" the bottom. It is stamped with the insignia of the maker: Mettlach VB (Villeroy and Boch).
