Typically, orders placed before noon (Arizona time) leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days (or same day if Overnight Delivery is requested.)
We offer four main forms of shipping:
• Standard Delivery - Estimated arrival in 6-7 business days (FREE with orders of $75 or more)
• 2-3 Day Delivery - Estimated arrival in 2-3 business days
• 1-2 Day Delivery - Estimated arrival in 1-2 business days
• Overnight Delivery - Estimated arrival on the following business day
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the best rates we can find -- The Russian Store never profits from shipping -- that's our pledge to you!
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and do not offer international shipping. All time estimates are based upon orders placed within the continental United States.

We may need to contact you to verify a billing or shipping address, or to update your order. If this is the case, we reserve the right to delay your shipment until we make proper contact with you. If you have a time sensitive order, please be sure to provide a telephone number where you can be reached between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm Arizona Standard Time
Shipping time estimates:
All shipping times are estimated. Orders which are placed before noon typically leave our warehouse the same day; The Russian Store does everything possible to make sure your order is delivered in a timely manner. In the unlikely event that a shipper does not deliver your order within the estimated time, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Taxes:
Only Arizona residence are subject to sales tax.
All of our products are backed by a 100% money-back guarantee (excluding any shipping & handling charges incurred by The Russian Store).
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact customer service to initiate a return.
For a full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping & handling), we require adherence to the following:
• All return requests must be emailed to our customer service department no later than 14-days after receiving your order. Return requests made later than 14-days cannot be honored. If your request is not acknowledged within 48 hours please repeat your request by calling us at our toll-free number 1-855-664-1383.
• Any items being returned must be sent back in their original condition with the original packaging. Failure to include any original package may result in a 20% re-stocking fee. On orders over $1,000, or orders containing more than 10 products, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Orders refused by the recipient with no notice will also be charged a 15% restocking fee.
• In the event an item is damaged during shipping, we will need to file a claim with the shipping company before we can process a refund. Any damaged product must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. During this time it will be important to hold on to the original packaging material for the shipping company to process the claim. Once they determine the damage occurred in transit, we will issue a complete refund.
• All returns must be shipped back no later than 5 business days from the date the return was authorized.
• Before shipping an order back to us, we will need to send you an RMA#. This number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging being sent to us. All shipments sent to us without an RMA# will be refused.
