In the event that you need to return an item, simply contact customer service to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Since the RMA number is used to track your returned order, we require that all products shipped back to us have an RMA number attached to them.

We ask that you hold on to any packaging materials that may have come with the product you purchased for at least 30 days. This way if you need to make a return, you can send back any packaging material that came along with the original product.

Refunds are based on the total purchase price of any product(s) being returned less shipping charges.
