Why am I required to register before making a purchase?

By supplying us with your email address we are better able to communicate with you about your order. Creating a password gives you access to previous orders, tracking information, and other benefits.

What happens to the information I give you when I register?

How do you calculate your shipping charges?

The Russian Store calculates shipping charges based on the rates we get directly from FedEx.

What do I do if I want to return something?

Currently The Russian Store Web site only accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. Customers who prefer to pay by check or money order are encouraged to use our toll-free call center at 1-877-RUSSIA7 (787-7427).

Resellers can expect additional payment options based on terms of doing business.

I saw a product on your site before and now it's gone. What happened?

It's possible that the product has been discontinued. If that is the case, we remove the product from our catalog. If requested, we can try locating a product that has been discontinued.

Do you offer any discounts to resellers?

The Russian Store has a complete reseller program available to resellers interested in selling our products.

I want to see your products first-hand, do you have a physical storefront?

We currently are available online, in Arizona mall locations, and periodic sales events at local county fairs and trade shows. To learn when we'll be coming to an event in your area, email us at events@therussianstore.com.

Can I get another copy of my invoice?

Yes. Just log into My Account and go to the Order Status page. There you will be presented with a full list of all your previous orders.
