This dark honey amber ring is hand made by Russian craftsman. Its deep honey oval Russian amber stone is set in a silver band. This ring makes a wonderful gift for any occasion. Russian amber is fossilized tree sap that is warm to touch and often translucent like a gemstone. Each piece has its own characteristics based on what level of earth it was buried in and the weather. The levels change the color and appearance of each amber piece. Some may be a deep honey color, very dark amber, butterscotch, green, red, orange, bluish, and even black.
