It is our mission to serve the unique cultural interests and curiosities of each of our customers by importing only the best products Russia has to offer. We recognize that buying a product is more than just the simple exchange of goods for money, but in fact an experience that should carry with it a sense of fulfillment.
It is for this reason that we are committed to building strong relationships with our customers. Outside of our business context, we too are consumers who understand and relate to the frustrations and disappointments of poor customer service and product quality. That is why during every product purchase, business meeting, and sales event, we make it a point to never forget our customers and their needs.
Conversely, behind every happy customer is a happy employee -- or a happy vendor, supplier, or distributor. We recognize and fully adhere to the ideas of good business practice. Yes, we too have heard them say "you can't please all of the people all of the time." But we believe that nothing should stand in the way of trying!
