In the midst of one of the coldest winters in recent years, there’s no bigger priority than warmth, and there’s no better way to keep warm than with a Russian Ushanka Hat. First, wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your head, just above the ears and eyebrows to the nearest 1/4 of an inch. Traditionally it is better to have a hat that fits looser than tighter.
