Please take a precaution opening this doll in order not lose the tiny dolls inside it. We suggest opening this nesting doll above the towel, or something that would not let the dolls roll.
Open the doll by just pulling them apart holding the doll from the top and the bottom. When you’ll come to smaller dolls, just squeeze gently on the seam of the two halves of the doll. This will create a small opening in a center of the doll, where you put your fingernail to prop it open. Continue with this squeezing technique until you open the last doll.

Shipping time estimates:
All shipping times are estimated. Orders which are placed before noon typically leave our warehouse the same day; The Russian Store does everything possible to make sure your order is delivered in a timely manner. In the unlikely event that a shipper does not deliver your order within the estimated time, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Taxes:
Only Arizona residence are subject to sales tax.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact customer service to initiate a return.
For a full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping & handling), we require adherence to the following:
• All return requests must be emailed to our customer service department no later than 14-days after receiving your order. Return requests made later than 14-days cannot be honored. If your request is not acknowledged within 48 hours please repeat your request by calling us at our toll-free number 1-855-664-1383.
• Any items being returned must be sent back in their original condition with the original packaging. Failure to include any original package may result in a 20% re-stocking fee. On orders over $1,000, or orders containing more than 10 products, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Orders refused by the recipient with no notice will also be charged a 15% restocking fee.
• In the event an item is damaged during shipping, we will need to file a claim with the shipping company before we can process a refund. Any damaged product must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. During this time it will be important to hold on to the original packaging material for the shipping company to process the claim. Once they determine the damage occurred in transit, we will issue a complete refund.
• All returns must be shipped back no later than 5 business days from the date the return was authorized.
• Before shipping an order back to us, we will need to send you an RMA#. This number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging being sent to us. All shipments sent to us without an RMA# will be refused.
